Ich find das Gerät mega!!! Hände verrutschen nicht, man behält immer die gleiche Position. Klein, handlich, leicht und ohne Orobleme zu transportieren oder Aufbauen !!

Die Bestellung war absolut unkompliziert und auch die Lieferung ging schnell. Sollte man sich nicht auskennen, hilft einem der beiliegende Plan recht unkompliziert sich bei der Handhabung zurechtzufinden.
Auch der Trainingsplan, den man per E-Mail erhält, finde ich eine tolle Idee, allerdings halte ich die Angaben auf dem Plan nicht für Anfänger geeignet. Dies sage ich als jemand, der problemlos 45-55 Liegestütz ohne Unterbrechung schafft. Ich glaube das hier ein hoher Frustrationsfaktor liegen könnte - aber selbstverständlich ist dies nur meine subjektive Meinung.
Ergänzend zum Trainingsplan hätte man sich hier doch etwas mehr Mühe geben können was das Template bzw. Layout und den Aufbau angeht.
Alles in allem aber 4/5 Sternen.
