Unlike traditional pull-up bars that need to be placed between the door frame or even screwed down, the GYMGRIZZLY® Home Back Builder works with counter-pressure, shifting the weight against the wall. 

This provides greater stability, allowing it to withstand up to 110kg of pressure.
