As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by mail with an overview of your order. There you can check your data again. We have also received a notification of receipt of your order and are now processing it. 

We usually process all orders on the same day and will notify you as soon as we have processed your order. After we have checked all your details and confirmed receipt of payment, we will start shipping your package. As soon as we hand over your package to the post office and receive a tracking number, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. 

From now on you can track your package and stay up to date on where your package is.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

If we still can't solve your problem and you want to return your package, it's no problem at all. You can find all information in our cancellation and return policy. 

Please send the package back to the following address: JBS Sales & Logistics GmbH, Industriestr. 28 48465 Schüttorf. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund your money within 7 working days. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY ORDER?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return your package within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. You don't have to give a reason - we will accept any return without comment and will refund your money as soon as we receive your return.
