2. How do I participate and what can I win?

By submitting your comment on the sweepstakes post, you enter the sweepstakes. One randomly selected comment on the competition posting will win. Participation is free of charge with the exception of the transmission or mobile phone costs that you may incur. There are no hidden costs. In order to participate in the competition, you must be a registered Instagram user and agree to the terms and conditions of Instagram [https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms].

MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH is giving away a total of 3 times a set consisting of the GYMGRIZZLY Home Muscle Builder and the GYMGRIZZLY All-In-One Prime Set.

3. The raffle starts on 23.03.2021 at 17:00 and ends on 29.03.2021 at 23:59. Participation in the sweepstakes is possible within this period.

4. Who may participate?

Participation in this sweepstakes is exclusively via our Instagram sweepstakes form. Anyone over the age of 18 from Germany and Austria can participate. Employees of MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH and their relatives are excluded. Automated participation, participation via sweepstakes clubs and the use of any kind of automated processes, such as scripts, to manipulate this sweepstakes are prohibited and will result in immediate exclusion. MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH reserves the right to delete entries that violate these terms and conditions, the Instagram guidelines, German law, copyright or the MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH Instagram usage guidelines. The participant will be excluded from the competition. The same applies to legally illegal and/or immoral comments.

5. How do I get my prize?

The winners will be drawn at random from all participants by an independent jury consisting of the employees of MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH. The individual participant's chance of winning therefore depends largely on how many other participants take part in the competition. The winners will be announced by MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH via a page post on the Instagram profile. Each winner must contact MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH within 7 days in a private message via Instagram with their complete private address details. Once the deadline has passed, a new winner will be drawn and contacted. The delivery of the prize will be made by mail to the address provided by the participant during the participation.

The prizes will be sent to the winners by mail to the address provided by them. Should the address data provided be invalid and the prize therefore undeliverable, MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH is not obliged to find a correct address or to contact the winner in any other way. Any disadvantages resulting from incorrect contact data shall be borne exclusively by the participant in the competition. In this case, the prize will be forfeited without compensation. The prize is also forfeited if a participant has otherwise provided false information and it is not possible to redeem the prize. MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH reserves the right to select a new winner in this case. A cash payment or an exchange is not possible.

6. Reservation

MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, especially if this is necessary for technical or legal reasons. The legal process is excluded.

MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH reserves the right to refuse the participation of persons for good cause and to exclude participants from the competition in the event of abuse. Participants who are suspected of manipulating the competition or who intentionally violate these conditions of participation, e.g. by participating more than once, posting immoral comments or violating German law will be excluded from the competition.

This sweepstakes is not hosted by Instagram and is in no way sponsored or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information you provide is not Instagram but MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH.

We collect your information solely for the purpose of reviewing this sweepstakes. Your personal data will only be stored for the purpose and duration of the sweepstakes and will be deleted after the end of the sweepstakes campaign.

In addition, Instagram's terms of use and privacy policy apply. You have agreed to these Instagram terms of use and privacy policy by registering with Instagram.

8. Liability

MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH assumes no liability for data loss, especially in the way of data transmission and other technical defects.

If MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH is in default with a service due to slight negligence or if the service becomes impossible or if MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH has violated an essential obligation, MAKE IT HAPPEN Marketing GmbH shall be liable for material and financial damages resulting therefrom only to the extent of the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

9. Final provisions

Legal recourse is excluded.

The exclusive applicable law shall be the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
